How to Reach Us

Orbitzecho operates from our Uganda Road office in central Eldoret, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30 and Saturday mornings from 09:00 to 13:00. We do not operate a call centre: when you phone, you reach an agent or a member of our administrative team directly. If you send a message via the enquiry form, a named agent will respond with relevant information — not a generic acknowledgement. For valuations and consulting engagements, we generally ask for a brief written description of your requirement before the first meeting so that we can assign the most relevant agent and make the best use of your time. For sales and rental enquiries, a five-minute phone conversation is usually enough to establish whether we have suitable properties or mandates for you, and we will be candid if we do not.
